Processing Times

Processing times are currently 3-5 business days but often process sooner. This excludes major holidays and weekends. During high volume holiday seasons processing times may extend 5-7 business days. 

Custom and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Southern Leisure is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Payment Options

Your information is always kept secure. We never receive your credit card information. Credit card information is applied to our secure payment gateway.

Returns & Exchanges

Southern Leisure offers limited returns, exchanges and/or store credit and is up to our discretion. Each purchase is custom made to your order specifications based on color and size. Should we send the wrong color, size or design we will replace your item. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs with a provided tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, unused and unwashed, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders and/or returned orders marked as undeliverable by our shipment carrier. It is the customers responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Custom, bulk and personalized orders are non-refundable. 

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations. Once your payment is processed we receive your order and begin processing right away.
